Q: 1. Will I get bookings through Accommodation Only?
A: You will get referrals through Accommodation Only. We are strictly an information listing service that provides direct links to your website and clear and full contact details so that potential customers can reach you directly. Accommodation Only is not a booking service. |

Q: 2. Do you charge a percentage if we make a booking that resulted from a customer funding us through accommodation only.
A: No, we do not charge a booking fee and there are no hidden costs. We have only a single annual fee for each listing. |

Q: 3. I listed my property last night and I can't see my listing, why?
A: In order for us to maintain our credibility we need to ensure that all listings are genuine and that they don't contain any improper material. We check all listings prior to placing them online. We endeavour to have all listings online within 48 hours of online payment. |

Q: 4. I have an accommodation property but I do NOT have a website and I like your service. Can I still list my property with accommodation Only?
A: Yes you can. Even without a website you can still take advantage of our service and be listed with us. The only difference between your listing and those with websites is that your listing will not have the website links. All other contact details will be displayed and you will have the same opportunity of being found by potential customers. |

Q: 5. Can I do anything to have my listing displayed at the top of the search results?
A: No. accommodation only was designed to be fair and equal to all accommodation providers listing with us. This is achieved by giving control to the internet user as to how they want the results displayed. They can choose to have the result s displayed in alphabetical order, by price or by star rating and either ascending or descending. |

Q: 6. Do we need to put in key words in the description for a better percentage?
A: No. Our search engine does not use keywords for searching at this stage. However, it would be beneficial to the public if you included in your description key points that make your property appealing. Eg. Just a five minute walk to major shopping centre. Or ‘'Located right or near the (well know) river/lake/theme park or any other distinguishing feature land mark. Include area names if you can. |

Q: 7. I listed my property with accommodation only and then realised that I entered an incorrect phone number or other details. How can I fix this?
A: It is very important to us and to you and your business to have your listing details accurate and up to date. If at any time any of your details change or were incorrectly entered at the time of listing, simply send us an email, quoting your listing ID number, name and address. Together with the correct details and the category they belong to. We will add the corrected details into our database and send you an email advising you that the correction was made. There is no charge to you for this service.

Q: 8. I used an online booking service, which was the “Book now” link on my listing. I have since cancelled the service/changed to another booking agency so how do I change the link to the new service or cancel the button altogether?
A: As mentioned in Q.6 above, you need to send us an email with your details. If you have cancelled the service we will delete the link. This will remove the “Book Now” button from your listing. If you have changed to another agency/provider, give us the new link and we will replace it. If you don't know the link, you can obtain it from your agency/provider. |

Q: 9. We have taken new photos of our property and would like to change our photo, but we don't have an electronic version. What do we do?
A: Photo processing places like Kodak stores can scan your photos and place them on a CD for you, you can then email your image to us. If you can't have this done then simply post your photo to us. We will scan it, resize and crop it if needed and place it on your listing in our database. There is a small processing charge for the scanning and resizing service. When posting your photo to us, please include with your photo on a separate piece of paper, your details including your ID number, name, phone number, address together with a cheque for $25 AUD. We will scan, crop and resize your Image and place it on your listing in our database. Please also let us know if you would like us to return your photo. |

Q: 10. There are other companies that provide a similar service to Accommodation Only. How is Accommodation Only different or better?
A:
- We are an affordable service for what we provide. We have low overheads and we pass the savings on to you.
- We do not charge you a booking fee. Any and all bookings that result from customers finding you through our search are 100% yours.
- We are not just a directory listing but a comprehensive search tool. Our search system is fast, using the latest technologies to keep prospective customers coming back.
- We will be continually marketing "Accommodation Only" to your target market.

Q: 11. What is a “Basic” and “Advanced” search?
A: Basic Search allows people to quickly and easily search on location. There are four levels that people can search on. The first is country. This will return all accommodations listed in a country. The second level is accommodation listings within a particular state/province/borough eg. Queensland. The third level is accommodation listings within a particular region eg. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane CBD, etc. The fourth level is suburb.
Advanced Search allows people to refine their search to their exact needs and wants. They can select the price range they want, the star rating, the holiday theme, number of bedrooms, the accommodation chain, one or any number of listed features like pool, secure parking, pet friendly etc. There are currently 46 listed features and we will be including others as clients request them. The Advanced search also includes the four location search levels as in the Basic Search. Users can then choose to have results with exact matches or results with at least one match. These results can also be ordered as stated above.

Q: 12. Accommodation Only has an Australian domain name, does this mean that Australian Accommodation providers only can list on this service?
A: No, Accommodation Only is a world wide search tool and this means that any Accommodation provider anywhere in the world can list with us. The larger the international listing will be of a great benefit to the Australian public seeking Accommodation internationally whilst listing will benefit both the Australian public and International travelers wanting to visit our country. Accommodationonly.com.au is also known as accom-only.com . Both domains run off the same database engine, accom-only.com is our international domain even though both can be accessed from any where in the world. |

Q: 13. Why isn't there any other information on Accommodation Only like information about local attractions, places of Interest etc.?
A: As our name implies, Accommodation Only is about accommodation only. We wanted to develop a service that was clear, uncluttered and to the point. Most people looking for accommodation know exactly what they want and where they want to go. The problem with the internet and other directory services is that they provide too much information that people get side tracked and lost without finding what they want. Our service resolves this issue by showing only listed properties. |

Q: 14. What are some improvements planned for Accommodation Only?
A:
- We will continuously be making improvements to our service taking particular note of client and user feedback.
- Our first improvement will be the launch of our 'Advanced Search' tool launching in January 2005.
- We will be adding an 'Add to notebook' feature where customers can add the details of the accommodations they like to a printable page which they can then easily print.
- We will be continually updating our features list as clients request them.

Q: 15. Why was Accommodation Only developed?
A: We have been developing websites for the accommodation industry for a number of years. Our clients have told us that there was a lack of Internet search providers that provide an affordable, low cost service that would drive traffic to their site and not charge a percentage of their booking fee. Accommodation Only was designed and developed to meet this need. |

A: Accommodation Only was designed to be fair and equal to all listings and the results are displayed according to the users choice. Users can choose to have the results listed alphabetically, by price or by star rating and also ascending or descending. |
